A loyalty card your barbers never have to scan

Stamps add themselves after every visit. The reward applies itself at booking. You do nothing.

Stamps

7 of 10

The line that arrives in every confirmation, and the card behind the link in it. On your own page both take your shop’s colour, not ours.

Nobody has to remember anything

This is the whole point, and it is the part every other loyalty scheme gets wrong. There is no card to stamp, no app to open, no code to read out and nothing for a barber to do at the counter. A visit counts because the booking happened; the shop already knows who came in. The barber at the chair never once has to say “have you got the app?”

The customer sees it without being sold it

Every confirmation email carries their progress — seven of ten, three cuts from a free one — and a link to their card. No account, no password, nothing to join. That line does two jobs: it tells a regular the reward is real, and it quietly raises the cost of not turning up on Saturday.

The reward applies itself

When the card is full the discount comes off the next booking on its own, before any deposit is worked out, so the customer is asked for the right money the first time. It comes off the cheapest eligible service on that booking, which is predictable and never accidentally comps the €40 restyle you meant to protect. Your day view marks the booking so whoever is on the chair knows why it is free.

Your regulars get counted, not carded

We are not going to quote you a percentage. The number worth knowing is whether members rebook more often than everyone else, shop by shop, and we will have that from our own customers rather than from somebody else’s case study. Until it is ours we are not putting a figure on this page. What we can tell you is what it does: it counts the people who already come back, and it gives them a reason to say so.

Stop paying for it and nobody loses a stamp

Turn it off, or let it lapse, and collecting pauses. Balances stay exactly as they were and pick up where they left off if you turn it back on. A customer who is nine cuts into a card does not lose them because of a billing question between your shop and us — that argument would land on you, at the counter, and it is not one you should ever have to have.

The rest of it

  • A page you would be happy to be found on

Your name, your colour, your hours, your address with directions, your Instagram. Send the link, put it in your bio, or drop two lines into the site you already have.

  • Your whole day, one screen

A column per chair, hour by hour. Tap a booking to mark it done, take a walk-in, or drag it to a new time. Works on the phone in your pocket.

  • Reminders that know when to stop

A confirmation with a calendar invite the moment they book, and a reminder before the appointment. Cancel the booking and the reminder cancels itself.

  • Money up front, if you want it

Take a deposit or the full price when they book. Cards handled by Stripe, paid straight into your account. We never hold your money.

  • Rotas, holidays and the week off

Two-week rotas, one-off changes, a chair renter’s own hours, Irish bank holidays already in, including the February one, and a closed sign when you are away.

  • What the empty chair cost you

Seven numbers you would actually act on. Including the one nobody else shows you: the hours a chair sat empty that could have been booked.
