Money up front, if you want it
Take a deposit or the full price when they book. Cards handled by Stripe, paid straight into your account. We never hold your money.
Deposits, full payment, or neither
On the paid plan it is your call, per service. Take a deposit on the expensive ones and leave the standard cut to be paid in the chair. On the free plan online bookings are paid when they are made. That is the bargain that plan is built on.
The money goes to you, not through us
Payments run on Stripe, into your own Stripe account, and we never hold your funds at any point. That is not a preference. A platform that takes possession of other people’s money needs its own payment licence from the Central Bank, which is a different business entirely.
Refunds that write to the customer
Refund in full or in part from the booking. The customer gets one email per refund, never two, with whatever note you addressed to them, and never the internal reason you recorded for yourself.
Card details never touch us
The card form is Stripe’s, so is the 3-D Secure step your bank asks for, and neither we nor you ever see a card number.
The rest of it
A page you would be happy to be found on
Your name, your colour, your hours, your address with directions, your Instagram. Send the link, put it in your bio, or drop two lines into the site you already have.
Your whole day, one screen
A column per chair, hour by hour. Tap a booking to mark it done, take a walk-in, or drag it to a new time. Works on the phone in your pocket.
Reminders that know when to stop
A confirmation with a calendar invite the moment they book, and a reminder before the appointment. Cancel the booking and the reminder cancels itself.
Rotas, holidays and the week off
Two-week rotas, one-off changes, a chair renter’s own hours, Irish bank holidays already in, including the February one, and a closed sign when you are away.
What the empty chair cost you
Seven numbers you would actually act on. Including the one nobody else shows you: the hours a chair sat empty that could have been booked.
