Your Website

A full website on your own address: hero photo, your story, your reviews, opening hours, a map, and a Book now button on every screen. Included in every plan.

  • Example shop: The Fade Room, Dublin. Prices first — a shop that does one thing.
  • Example shop: Nolan & Sons, Cork. The story first, then where to find them.
  • Example shop: Barrack Street Barbers, Limerick. The barbers first.

Open a real one — a published homepage on the live product, photograph and all. Scroll it, tap Book now, and see where you land.

Ten minutes, from a phone, on the shop floor

Add a hero, put one line about your shop in it, and press Publish. That is a website. Everything else — photos, your prices, your opening hours, your barbers, a map — is a block you add in a tap, and it fills itself in from what you have already told us. There is no page builder to learn and nothing to drag.

Your hours are your real hours

The opening times on your homepage are the ones the booking engine books against, not a second copy on a website you forgot to update. Change your Saturday in Settings and it changes on your homepage, in your footer and in what Google reads, without you knowing this page exists. Same for your prices, your photos and your barbers.

Shows up properly on Google

Your hours, your location and your rating, in the format Google reads — without paying a web designer €800 for it. Most barbershops in Ireland have an Instagram and a Facebook page from 2019. A real page with real opening hours and proper structured data is the local-search asset almost none of them have.

Your old links still work

Nothing changes until you press Publish, and when you do, the link in your Instagram bio still books. Your booking flow moves to /book and the Book Now button on your new homepage goes straight there, above the fold, so a regular who knows what they want is still two taps from a chair. If you decide you preferred it the old way, one button puts it back and your page is kept exactly as it was.

You cannot make it ugly

That is the point of it. There is no font picker, no colour picker per block, no bold, no red comic sans. One layout toggle on the image-and-text block and that is the lot. The photo behind your tagline gets a fixed gradient so the words are readable over a bright window, and the Book Now button takes your colour through the same contrast rule the rest of the product uses. The constraint is what makes the pages look designed.

The rest of it

  • Booking Page

Your name, your colour, your hours, your address with directions, your Instagram. Send the link, put it in your bio, or drop two lines into the site you already have.

  • Daily Diary

A column per chair, hour by hour. Tap a booking to mark it done, take a walk-in, or drag it to a new time. Works on the phone in your pocket.

  • Reminders

A confirmation with a calendar invite the moment they book, and a reminder before the appointment. Cancel the booking and the reminder cancels itself.

  • Deposits & Payments

Take a deposit or the full price when they book. Cards handled by Stripe, paid straight into your account. We never hold your money.

  • Rotas & Holidays

Two-week rotas, one-off changes, and a chair renter’s own hours. Irish bank holidays are already in, and a closed sign goes up when you are away.

  • Reports

Seven numbers you would act on. Takings, who earned them, what sells, no-shows, your busiest hours, new against returning, and the hours a chair sat empty.

  • Waitlist

When a booking is cancelled, the slot is held for the first person in your queue and offered to them by text and email.

  • Loyalty Cards

Stamps are added automatically after every visit, and the reward applies itself at the next booking. Nothing to scan and nothing to hand out.

  • Product Shop

Sell your products on your booking page. Paid for online, collected in the shop, so there is no packing, no courier and no delivery date to promise.

  • Gift Cards

Sold from your booking page at any hour, paid straight into your account, and valid for the five years Irish law requires.

  • Photo Gallery

Your best cuts on your homepage and on a page of their own. Upload from a phone and we handle the cropping, sizing and loading.

  • Google Reviews

One polite ask after each visit, sent to everyone, the way Google’s rules require. Anyone unhappy reaches you privately first.

  • Winback

FreshTrim learns how often each customer comes in and tells you the day somebody is overdue. Bring them back in one tap.

  • Chair Manager

Every renter gets a weekly statement built from real bookings: takings, rent due, and the cuts behind both, so the number is the same on both sides of the counter.
